The Pandemic and YOU

Have you experienced role conflict since the start of the pandemic? Have you ever felt overwhelmed with your role as a student, son/daughter, sibling, friend, or partner? Do you think since many people have transitioned to working and learning from home, it is more difficult to distinguish between work or study time and taking care of personal or familial responsibilities?

Role Conflict

During the COVID-19 lockdown, working families experienced a tremendous amount of role conflict. For some, the effort to combine the competing demands of family and work was nothing short of overwhelming.
